Got a cake & a appe crumble pie for Thanksgiving. $24 for the pie & bottom was mushy, uncooked dough. The cake was $26 and was very dry, although buttercream frosting was still very good. I thought the pie was was way overpriced.
Needed to take something to my mechanic. He fixed something for free. Decided to pick up a few pies from "By the Dozen". They were reasonably priced, had napkins, forks. Tried them at the mechanic shop. Tasted amazing. We arrived late, right when they closed. They were kind and served us anyway. The friend ordered a dozen doughnuts. They were gone quickly at her house. Will return. Need to explore further caked goods.
This place is great. Just had there hot cross buns. I've been going there for years. Martha always friendly .Try it you'll like UT.

Amazing pastries and service! Their Danishes are incredible! If you want pastries that aren't sickly sweet, but have a real depth of flavor, this is the place for you. And the experience is very cute and friendly. Flavors on point and vibe inside is reminiscent of the Swiss Maid in Harvard IL!
Love this place! Referred here by a few family members so I called in a cake for our son's first birthday and it ended up being exactly what we wanted and more. They matched our party theme perfectly and the smash cake they included for free was a huge hit. My son had it all over him and you can't not smile if a one year old has cake all over his face. Took a little while to actually get it ordered but after I called several times we got it sorted out. A good value and would highly recommend! Definitely getting future cakes here!
I ordered this cake for my moms birthday and it turned out SO beautiful!!! I'm incredibly happy with how it turned out!!! I ordered last year from them as well and I was so impressed that I decided to once again order another birthday cake from them from this year. Absolutely beautiful and tasty!! Thank you!!! Staff was also super friendly and helped me carry my purchases to my car as I had also bought some delicious donuts. Huge thank you to the friendly staff!
